Perfectly equipped for unforgettable holidays, it benefits from a tennis court, an enclosed and heated 12 x 6 metre swimming pool (shutter), a pool house, a play area (basketball, cabin, swings, trampoline, ping pong, boules pitch), and open and covered terraces.
Set around a leafy inner courtyard with a fountain, it includes a living/reception room, a cosy sitting room with a library and fireplace, and a dining room, kitchen and compact study benefiting from independent access from outside.
Upstairs are a TV lounge with a terrace, three air-conditioned double en suite bedrooms, and a dressing/laundry room.
Three further bedrooms (not air conditioned, include a suite and a bedroom with two single beds). These are accessible from the inner courtyard.
A further bedroom (for staff) in the dovecote is accessed by a spiral staircase.
All bedrooms benefit from bath or shower rooms.
