The space
Enter through a tranquil courtyard garden, and into this exceptionally modernised 70's bungalow. Inside you will find a large open plan living space, incorporating lounge, dining and a large modern kitchen with island, breakfast bar, American fridge freezer, range cooker and all the equipment required for entertaining a large group of friends or family.
The living space leads on to a spacious family room with cinema screen and lots of toys and entertainment for the little and not so little ones. Beyond, a dedicated office space, perfect to escape if a little work is to be required during your stay.
The rear of the property has been extended to incorporate huge sliding windows and LA style decked area which is partially covered to provide all weather dining and seating. Here there is a dedicated sauna/steam room (with ice bath available on request), fire pit, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and fridge. Plus football table, exercise equipment and balance board (to be used under supervision and at guests own risk !).
The decked area extends out to a vast lawned area with swing, football goals and veg patches, so you can help yourselves to fresh organic produce during your stay. N/B: Due to the required upkeep of the garden a gardener may be required to visit during your stay.
Back inside a light hallway leads to a children/young adults room with two single beds, dual aspect windows making the most of the view out over the garden.
A hallway leads to a large spa like family bathroom and a generous king bedroom plus a separate toilet. Beyond a further king bedroom, shower room and the master bedroom with huge bespoke bed, approx 3m wide. (Please note, to access the master bedroom you walk through the 2nd king bedroom, this room is separated by the shower room.

The whole property is for guest use. Including parking for 3 cars beyond the front courtyard garden.
