4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor complete with en-suite, plus single beds in the 4th bedroom.
The garden cabin houses the projector for cinema nights and doubles up as a games room plus has a double sofa bed.
Relax in the huge freestanding modern bath, or cook up some delights in the well equipped kitchen with built in Bluetooth speaker.
The space
A lovely modern four double bedroomed home with two king-size beds, one double bed, two single beds which can be made into a double bed, sofa bed in the garden room, which doubles up as a cinema/games room, lazy spa hot tub for up to 8 people, patio with pizza oven, BBQ and fire pit.

The property still have a new feel to it.
Cosy nights spent snuggled up on the sofa watching TV or playing cards in the lounge with the log burner on.
Summer afternoons with the bifolds open, the BBQ on and the sun blazing in the snug/kitchen.
Comfy beds, fluffy towels… a large bathroom with bath and walk in shower and an en-suite shower, plus WC.
The outside space is great, a gravelled front driveway, which has in the past fit 4 small cars - larger cars can fit 3 comfortably.
We ask that additional cars are mindful that Walnut Grove is a narrow residential street and that cars that can’t fit onto the drive are parked on Grosvenor Road at the bottom.
To the rear there’s a sunny garden, facing south, with a grassed area. Raised boarders, a patio, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, outdoor sofas, table and chairs, a moon chair and sun loungers to use.
There’s a Grenada Lazy Spa available to use this has an 8 person capacity. The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm at night to respect the neighbours.
There’s a garden room which has a sofa bed, it has been used as a dance floor, games room or cinema room and has a Bluetooth surround sound system, projector and pull down cinema screen plus bean bags!
The property is a great place to have a family or friends get together.
There’s always a lot happening in Harrogate, with wonderful walks, shopping, food, art and history and lots of events at the convention centre, we have our theatre too!
We do want our guests to enjoy the space but do ask that guests are mindful of the neighbours. If there is music at night we ask that the front living room and downstairs bedroom door be closed to help sound proof for the neighbours, and ask the after 10pm the Hot tub be turned off and the outdoor noise be kept to a minimum.
There is no smoking in the house or garden room - outdoor in the garden only.
Guest access
The entire house and grounds are available for guests to use.
Other things to note
The front door is a safety door. If the door closes with the key still in it you cannot get a spare into the lock. When the front door shuts it locks automatically.
We recommend you open the front door, go into the house and unlock a bifold door, just in case the front door closes with the key in… you can then access the house without needing to call us the hosts or a locksmith out!
There are 2 bifold doors in the kitchen / snug, the doors on the right closest to the kitchen cabinets can get caught in the wind and slam. When you have this bifold door open please use the plant pot to hold it open.
We are pet friendly but politely ask that you keep the animals off the furniture.
There is a log burner - you will need to provide the fuel… local garages and Aldi (5 minute drive away) sell these in the cooler months.
The WiFi is Virgin with a booster in the garden room and in the larger bedroom upstairs.
The property has 2 large TVs in the lounge and snug, the one in the snug is sky glass and links to Netflix.
