Positive: Comfortable bed, fireplace, large downstairs sink, curtains in main bedroom, decor

Negative: Feels like it hasn't had a deep clean in a while. No mixer taps in kitchen or bathroom made washing hands and dishes difficult at the right temperature. The gate shutting made things difficult moving items in and out when you are forbidden from parking outside the property.
