Marsland Manor consists of two self contained accommodation units, Granary Cottage and Hunters Lodge.
Granary Cottage - The granary is located in front of the farmhouse and offers beautifully appointed accommodation on one floor. The spacious sitting room features a vaulted ceiling and dual-aspect windows, filling the space with light. There is an impressive fireplace and French doors leading outside. The property also includes a kitchen, family bathroom, and two bedrooms, and it boasts its own courtyard garden. It is situated in an exceptional rural position, just set back from the dramatic headland overlooking the North Cornwall coast.
Hunters Lodge offers elegant accommodation spread across three floors. The ground floor features a kitchen/breakfast room with triple-aspect windows, allowing plenty of natural light, and a spacious sitting room. Adjacent to the sitting room is the large principal bedroom with an en suite. The first floor houses two additional bedrooms, one of which is en suite, along with a family bathroom. On the lower ground floor, there are two more bedrooms and a shower room. The cottage boasts a private garden with a manicured lawn, bordered by mature trees and shrubs for added privacy, and includes a small terrace area perfect for al fresco dining.
Situated in a prime rural location, just off the dramatic headland overlooking the North Cornwall coast, this property lies within the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
