Opposite the entrance to Troon Marina and renowned Scotts Restaurant, it is also within close walking distance to numerous other bars and restaurants. Wide sandy beaches are close by stretching north to Irvine and south to Ayr. Off street parking for up to 4 cars and sheltered shared garden to rear ideal for sunbathing or bbqs.
