Positive: This property offers a great potential: an entire attached house with spacious rooms that is quite ideal for 2+ persons. It is equipped with everything you need and everything is in working order. It has a lovely backyard with steps up to various levels depending on your liking. We often sat at the highest terrace for dinner when the sun was out. It is close by the center of the town with lovely restaurants and groceries.

Negative: The backyard could use some help in terms of maintenance and the kitchen could be a wee bit cleaner. The bathroom shower has some issues with temperature and it needs a new shower curtain.
