Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I was travelling for work and chose this hotel mainly due to its closeness to my target point. Checking in and out was super smooth. Communication with the staff was fast and pleasant. Rooms are practical and cozy. Coffee and the food were also good. Overall, I left as a very happy customer.

Negative: My only grievance would be that the room was quite chilly. I arrived late at night and didn't have much time to keep the AC running. It would be nice to come to a room which has been heated to a more comfortable degree perhaps.

Summary: A cozy and a practical place. Very good value for money
