Summary: Overall for what we paid it was good value for money, staff were excellent but the property is in serious need of upgrades, it’s still very much a 1980s property, clean enough but it’s not as comfortable as it once was, it was better 15+ years ago when I last stayed and it was tired looking then, I paid a fair price when using my £134 key cain rewards but not sure paying full price would’ve been worth it, a serious upgrade and it could get a serious boost, the food was fair but limited with choice, not sure a steakhouse would be a fair description, again a bit more choice and it could be a busier place, it wasn’t busy at all any of the nights we were in, the lack of choice of food on the menu may have a part in that too.
