Arrival times are 16:00 and departure time is 10:00. We will do our best to accommodate you outside these times but this depends greatly on other bookings and our cleaning service provider. Late arrivals can also be accommodated by use of a key lock box.

The apartment is situated on the first floor (with lift serving only 3 properties - each with private landings). Situated at the front of the south wing the apartment has 2 balconies north & south to ensure that you catch all the sun but have shade as well - Your choice!
Our panoramic sea and medina river views ensure that you can see all the activity which never stops. There's activity on the river from early morning to late at night. Pull up a chair and just watch the action.
The apartment has a master zip & link bed with en-suite, a further twin with large fitted wardrobe and in the third bedroom a small double with single above. The en-suite has a large shower suitable for the elderly and has an optional seat and hand hold for safety.
All rooms (except the bathrooms!) have sea, river & marina views, are light and airy with quality furnishings. Large double glazed floor to ceiling windows feature the whole front of the apartment. You can even cook whilst watching the action.
Our kitchen is fitted with top rated Bosh appliances and is fitted to a high standard throughout with a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils to suit all family needs. New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring fitted for the 2020 season.
Our bathrooms are smart and modern, white & blue, with shower in the master and bath/shower in the main. Both refurbished for 2020 with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) designer flooring in complementary grey oak effect.
Your car can be parked in our private reserved gated parking area which is situated just below the apartment, Other free local parking is available in on-site visitor spaces or unrestricted local roads.
