Lovely Cornish house, vintage exterior, a stones through from the sea. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. There are 2 further trundle beds for extra guests.
Newly re-furnished from top to bottom - incredibly comfy, light and modern. Luxury bed linen and large dining space, large shower room, bathroom & 2 ensuites. Great views over Perranporth. Sun trap terraced decking & lawn, large HotTub .
Short walk to the beach, easy reach of the A30 and access to Cornwall.
The house is recessed into the south side of the hill sloping into Perranporth. It is accessed via steps up to the garden, then shallow steps up to the front door. Either side of the front door is decking - perfect for taking in the sea air; while the front porch has hooks for hanging sandy items - wetsuits, beach shoes, towels etc.
Downstairs: main hallway, lounge, kitchen and dining room (table seats 12), large shower room, bedrooms 1 & 2, both double with ensuites, bedroom 3 twin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you should need to cater for your stay. There is a washing machine, 2 fridges and a freezer.
Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.
Upstairs: communal bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, loo) twin bedroom , double room + 2 trundle beds. The upstairs double offers lovely views over Perranporth and the dunes.
Outside: The rear of the house can be accessed by the back door through the kitchen. The rear garden is on two levels: from the back door there are steps up to the first level (grass + washing line) and then the second level (decking & hot tub). There is a path down the side of the house with a wall that drops onto the lower level house next door.
