Located only 30mins from Edinburgh & 50mins from Glasgow, this 120 year old stone farmhouse is set within 350 acres of Scottish Christmas trees and offers glorious mountain views.
The property is completely secluded, so the only neighbours you'll occasionally see are rabbits, deer and badgers. Outside there's ample parking for 5/6cars, a patio area with tables & chairs, a traditional wood-fired hot tub and a firepit. Most nights we get incredible views of the stars from the hot tub.
Where possible, we can offer early check-in/late check-out, at the cost of £25 per hour. Please clarify that with us before booking.
AND PLEASE NOTE: - We don't charge a cleaning fee, so we ask all guests to leave the property clean and as you found it upon checking-in. THERE IS A £500 FINE FOR NOT LEAVING THE PROPERTY IN A CLEAN STATE, AS PER OUR HOUSE RULES.
