The luxurious apartment was part of a former bank situated next to the Town Hall. Built in the early 1900's the building still retains its charm and character whilst the apartment has been renovated to high standards with a beautiful modern finish. The apartment has 3 bedrooms - Master Bedroom - Super King bed with ensuite shower room Second Bedroom - Double bed Third Bedroom - Bunk Bed (2 Singles - ideal for children, teenagers/young adults) There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. The large open plan living-dining room is the perfect space for a family or colleagues to chill out after a day exploring or working. The dining table sits 6 people and there is also a desk space for anyone wishing to work or study. The living area has a Smart TV from which guests are able to access Netflix, Youtube and much more. The apartment is spacious and light throughout. There is plenty of storage in the apartment, the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and draws for guests to store their belongings. A lot of thought has gone in to the decor of the apartment, you will find modern furnishings throughout and eye catching art work. Woodstock is home to Blenheim Palace, an UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 5 minutes walk from your front door. Every year there are a wealth of events taking place including, Salon Privé, International Horse Trials, Nocturne Live, Blenheim Place Triathlon, Battle of the Proms Concert, Giffords Circus, Food Festivals, Christmas Fair & Illuminated Light trail and much more. The apartment is the perfect base for those working and attending the events. London Oxford Airport is just a 10 minute drive from the apartment. For those taking courses, working or travelling to and from the airport will find the apartment the perfect base whilst being close to amenities, eateries and fantastic bus routes. The Cotswolds is also on our doorstep. Take a tour out to the beautiful towns and villages, including Burford, Stow on the Wold, Chipping Camden, Broadway and many more. Things to note - The apartment is in the heart of the village. The windows have modern double glazing but there is the chance at certain times that noise could be heard, for example in September there is a drive by of a selection Cars from Salon Privé with a band and drinks after. There could also be other community events taking place in the town hall square opposite, we can assure you that they are charming and don't cause loud noise, for example Morris dancing and farmers markets. Guest Interaction - I am on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. I like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but I am on hand and available when needed. Bookings over 10 days will receive a complimentary weekly linen change carried out by our housekeeping team, I will inform you of the scheduled day that this will take place. An additional housekeeping service can be arranged upon request. Getting Around - One allocated space is included with the apartment. There are paid for car parks in the village for extra cars. There is a fantastic bus service running between Woodstock, the London Oxford (Kidlington) Airport, and Oxford City. The bus stops is on the main road by the Woodstock Coffee Shop, grab a coffee and keep an eye on the live bus times whilst you wait! We work with a local taxi service and we can provide the details should you require them. We also have a driver service available to take you from all airports, weddings, events and Cotswolds tours.
