Positive: The location was perfect for exploring old Annecy and the lake. We stayed over the Christmas period and the apartment was very pleasant and perfect for our needs, with nice touches left by the hosts. It was comfortable and of good quality, but perhaps 'luxurious' is stretching the marketing description a bit. The nearby garage was round the corner and a tight squeeze for our car but was much better than paying to park in the local car parks in the freezing temperatures.

Negative: There are two bedrooms, an good large master with separate bathroom off the hallway, but the small bedroom had a large shower and double sink built in. I'm not a fan of this, but it seems to be the fashion in France - I've previously stayed in an apartment in Epernay with a toilet in the bedroom !! (YUK!!!) There was plenty of seating in the lounge and all of it looked very chic, but the chairs particularly were not comfortable after sitting for a time.
