This renovated ground floor apartment with private entrance within part of a historic industrial warehouse is a comfortable stay.
Centrally located 1.5 miles from Elephant & Castle Tube, for Northern & Bakerloo lines and with great local bus services yet peacefully tucked behind a Georgian House.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a single bed within the open plan living area - A great space for 3 guests.
There is also a sofa bed which requires 48hrs notice to arrange bedding.
The space
This warehouse 1 bedroom flat has had a colourful history. In its previous life it has been used as a book factory, an illegal club and a repair shop for serviceman uniforms in the Second World War.
This flat has its own private entrance and own kitchen, shower room, double bedroom and living room/dining area with additional single bed. It is recently renovated.
The apartment has a double bed within a bedroom and a further single bed within the open plan living room area.
There is also a sofa bed, for 1 (one) additional guest, within the living room area - IF REQUIRED, PLEASE REQUEST SOFA BED AT TIME OF BOOKING.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SOFA BED REQUIRES 48HOURS NOTICE TO ARRANGE BEDDING.
The flat is at the rear on the ground floor of a 2 storey warehouse. It is hidden from view from the street behind an elegant Georgian house.
Guests will have access to the entire studio flat during their stay. I won't be around in person during your stay, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should guests need any assistance before, during or after their stay.
The flat is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and shower towel to use for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores and supermarkets locally, includingTesco metro located 500meters away on Southampton Way.
The flat is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
There is some paid parking on local side streets. Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability. Please read road signs for details of parking restrictions/payment instructions. Please do not park on the permit holder bays, double yellow or red lines at the front of the property as guests may receive a parking fine. The driveway at the front of the property is unfortunately unavailable for Guest parking.

Guests will have access to the entire flat during their stay.
Other things to note
The living room sofa converts to a sofa bed for an additional 1(one) guest. Please note that the sofa bed would need to be requested at least 48hours prior to arrival to allow time to ensure that the bedding can be made available.
