This little thatched gem of a cottage has been designed and furnished to offer a comfortable and attractive open-plan sitting and dining room with kitchen area, all with underfloor heating and a feature electric fire. The first floor bedroom has a generous super-king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over. There is a small private fenced courtyard garden with table and chairs, and parking immediately outside of the cottage.
Cute Little Maltings is ideally placed within this popular village and there is plenty to explore all around with numerous quaint villages within a short drive or cycle, and many just a good walk away. Nearby Bulbarrow is the second highest hill in Dorset standing at a height of 274-metres (899 feet), and the views from the summit stretch into Somerset, Wiltshire and Devon, and are not to be missed.
The towns of Blandford, Dorchester, Sherborne and Shaftesbury are all within easy reach. The Jurassic Coast, including famous Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door is just a short drive away, making the property perfectly situated for enjoying many days out and Dorset adventures.
