Featuring both an Aga and a large range electric cooker, providing flexible cooking arrangements. Along with the large dining area, there is also a large sitting room with corner settee and feature fireplace with a Living Flame gas wood burning stove plus a separate large garden room, both of which have french doors opening up onto the large fully-enclosed gardens. One of the lovely features of the barn is that it boasts two large enclosed gardens, one with an outside feature fireplace and undercover seating area with lighting, charcoal barbecue and garden furniture.
The barn is in easy walking distance of the village pub serving good home-cooked food and you can also walk to the beach which is about a 20 minute walk away. There are fabulous pubs/restaurants/cafe's and delis in the neighbouring villages of Old Hunstanton and Thornham which also boast good beaches. Sailing facilities are available in Brancaster Staithe and there are golf courses at both Old Hunstanton and Brancaster.
