Little Orchard is a large house with lots of rooms but as soon as you walk through the door it instantly has that cosy feeling. The large driveway can easily accommodate 5 cars and the secluded garden mostly grassed with shrubs surrounds the whole property allowing ample space for children and pets to enjoy. For 2024 a brand new modern patio area has been installed off the lounge and now extends along the whole side of the property, a real sun trap, ideal for BBQs, relaxing or entertaining.
The large living room is off the kitchen which has a seated island, perfect for social cooking and entertaining. There is also a separate dining room to the rear of the property overlooking the garden, which can seat up to 10 people.
There is a mini gym on the ground floor with a spin bike, some free weights and a TV for doing any of your favourite workouts.
Upstairs there are two king bedrooms, a twin room and a camper van bunk bed in the 4th bedroom (which is 2 full sized single beds), all sharing the main bathroom with shower over bathtub. As this house has a double bedroom and 2nd bathroom downstairs this may be ideal for more senior guests or for families who wish to spread out and optimise the space available.
