8 Bedroom House in Eccles, Maidstone
Situated on the North Downs, Denmark House the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
The property been a successful world class residential recording studio for many years, and now, after extensive renovations, we have now opened our doors for short term lettings.
The studio is available on request, and we also have on site an equestrian centre and cafe, where you can book riding lessons and hacks.
The space
Denmark House had 2 King size, 3 double bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the main living area is a light, spacious and open plan lounge, kitchen and diner, with a large open fire place. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a 7 burner range cooker. the ground floor also contains a second evening lounge in the studio section, 2 double bedrooms, shower room and WC.
The first floor has it’s own open plan living room, dining room and kitchen and 3 double and 3 single bedrooms and bathroom.
You'll be located just outside the quiet village of Bluebell Hill, with stunning views and walks on your doorstop.
There is a great pub down the road, and the village of Maidstone is just 10 minutes away by car. You can even be in London for a night out within 50 minutes.

We have off street parking in front of the house which is set back from the main road
Other things to note
We also have a horse riding school on site which has a cafe and serves food all day .
We only allow maximum of 13 guests into the property. We can’t allow extra guests to join you that aren’t staying.
Unfortunately we have had some problems with some guests being noisy and upsetting our neighbours. Because of this we ask that you adhere to our house rules-
*You need to be in from the garden/patio area by 9pm
*Please close sliding doors and windows in main lounge as noise can still be heard by neighbours if these are kept open. Noise levels need to kept down. No screaming or shouting in main lounge
*When you are in the garden please be mindful of your noise levels and language.
*Please don’t shout and scream in the garden.
*If you do need to go outside to smoke after 9pm please can you go out the main front door and smoke nearer the driveway/hedge away from the neighbours, not in front of the house.
*Please use bucket provided for cigarette ends. Do not throw in hedge.
*No parties or events
*No music to be played in the garden
* No loud music to be played in the house…. Please don’t bring a sound system with you to play music on.
*Please keep noise levels down when having breakfast on the patio in the morning.
* Be aware of noise levels if coming and going late at night.. please be mindful of our neighbours.
