The light and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has a wood burner and wall-mounted 70" Smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and hob, microwave and everything you need for cooking and dining. Open the patio door and stroll onto the large decking area where you’ll find a freshly filled and heated six-person hot tub (please note there is an extra charge for the hot tub) and garden furniture where you can relax with family and friends. Upstairs the bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room with a power shower.
Dalnaglar Castle Estate covers 200 acres and lies on the southern fringe of, and within viewing distance of the Cairngorms National Park. It’s perfectly located for a quiet romantic break, a family holiday or something more adventurous. Located on a private estate, there are just five cottages and the castle, and it is 1½ miles from the main road. Explore the Cateran Trail, hit the slopes of Glenshee, enjoy a round of golf, visit many of the nearby popular tourist towns (including the Royals summer retreat at Balmoral), nip down to Persie Distillery for some gin tasting or simply sit back and relax taking in the sumptuous countryside surroundings.
