1 Bedroom Cottage in Sidford, Sidmouth
This one bedroom self contained Annex in Sidmouth Devon is a beautiful place to stay. Its private with ample secure parking and nice views over the valley and sea.
Built in 2019, it is a nice relaxing place with a warm cosy feeling when you enter from the front conservatory.
A large round table ideal for reading the paper, here we enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, the whole place is beautifully fitted out with everything you need for a holiday break.
Open plan lounge there is light a large TV with internet connected to watch your favourite Netflix, sit back to relax on a modern Sofology Leather Sofa
The Kitchen has all you will need for your break fully equipped. Plus a large cupboard with plenty of space for Wet Coats and Muddy boots, here you will find the Iron and Board, Vacuum and a few other bits.
The whole the first floor is a large bedroom with a comfortable mattress King Size Bed. Views from here and French doors open on to a Juliette balcony over look the side garden.
The Fully tiled bathroom is nicely finished with a Full Size Walk-in Shower with multi-function head attachments, also a heated towel rail and an illuminated demisting vanity mirror.

Pubs/restaurants in walking distance.
Available to book from 3 nights -Friday to Monday, 4 nights - Monday to Friday or 7 nights- Monday to Sunday.
An update from us on how we are dealing with Covid-19.
We are up and running with the government requirements in place.
* Between guest arrival and departures we now leave a break of 48 hours.
* Cleaning is in line with Covid-19 recommendations are adhered.
* Guests will need to bring hand and Bath towels.
* All rubbish needs to be wrapped and placed in the outside bins provided..
* On departure Please remove Bedding Sheet, Duvet cover, pillow cases then place in
the black bin liner provided.
* Access is 4.30pm, you are welcome to park up earlier and return later.
Our Self-Contained Annex is Open. Due to Government restrictions we cannot open the bed &breakfast part of our business.
We will keep you updated with progress as restrictions are lifted.
