Jake’s Cottage at Ashtree Farm is a peaceful, cosy barn conversion resting within an enclosed area with a gated drive (secure keypad entry), 2 miles north of the countryside village of Langrick, and 6 miles NW of Boston, Lincolnshire.
As you walk through the door, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan layout. Located on the ground floor is a dining area with seating for 6 people, open kitchen and cosy lounge area where you can relax in front of a wood burning stove, with a film on the Smart TV after a day out.
A separate utility room with washer/dryer and cloakroom, with toilet and sink, are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are 3 well presented bedrooms; the first bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom containing a basin, toilet and shower. The second bedroom has zip/linked twin beds which can be converted to a Super King bed (upon request), and smart TV. Bedroom 3 includes wooden 3ft size bunk beds.
Completing the property is a good sized family bathroom. The corner bath lies beneath a Velux window, where you can gaze at the stars or watch the clouds go by, whilst having a soak. The bathroom also boasts a separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.
The property includes access to the grassy areas to the front, and up to the fence line, where you can view deer, hares and other wildlife in the open fields and beyond.
