Positive: Great location next to the metro, spacious and clean apartment with all amenities (dishwasher, kitchen, and washing machine).

Negative: The biggest inconvenience was that there was no possibility of leaving our luggage in the building, neither before check-in nor after check-out. We were only given suggestions for nearby locations where we could store our bags, but at an additional cost. There is no staff at the front desk, and all instructions are sent via email, so there is no way to request alternative solutions. The property description promised personal hygiene products, but the quantity provided was not even close to being adequate for the number of guests and length of stay (see attached photo—these were the products given for three people for three nights). We had to buy additional supplies. In the bathroom, the main sink was clogged, and the water took a long time to drain. Lastly, the apartment entrance was adjacent to another unit. I understand that noise in this type of space is often hard to control, but the sound of the neighbors opening their door was extremely loud, which could disrupt sleep—even for someone like me, who sleeps heavily. In summary, the apartment is good and well-located, and the negative aspects are manageable. However, given the options available in the city, I would choose a different place for a future stay.
