Built in 2021 this contemporary chalet style property boasts exceptional mountain views from every window of the spacious cathedral style open plan living area.
The luminous cathedral style open plan living area, has a cosy living room area with comfy sofas, a wood granule burner (for cosy winter evenings) and a flat screen TV, a dining table and fully fitted modern kitchen and utility room.
There are three bedrooms, one with a king size (160cm x 200cm) bed and two with twin beds that can also be fixed together to provide a large 180cm x 200cm bed). The bathroom has a double sink and walk in shower and there is a separate toilet.
There is a large sun terrace and grass area and space for 2 cars. There is an outside electric point for charging electric cars (normal plug - slow charge).
For your extra comfort, all linen (bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen tea-towels) is included and beds are made at the beginning of every stay. A change of linen and mid stay clean is also provided for week long stays.
The property is situated near the top of the south facing ridge in the idyllic perched village of Jarjayes, 10 minutes from Gap, 20 minutes from Tallard (famous for its aerodrome), 20 mins from the magnificent Serre Ponçon lake for water sports and 30 mins to an hour away from a wide range of ski resorts and villages for winter sports.
