A semi-detached house set back from the village lane. Private parking at the front of the house for two cars and a Cotswold gravel path to the front door. Inside the house has been designed and decorated throughout with contemporary furniture and art. The house is spacious, warm and cosy with lots of little touches to make your stay really special. The layout includes: Bright sitting room with flat screen tv and views over the front garden.
Fully fitted Farmhouse kitchen with Belfast sink, 4 door range cooker, all modern appliances, breakfast bar with stools and a separate area for dining. Rear porch/ welly boot area and downstairs loo. Hallway with hanging space, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs both with king sized double beds and views over the gardens and village beyond. Ample storage space in bedrooms which is solely for guest use.

The house is furnished with very high quality furniture and art. All soft linens are high quality cotton and laundry/cleaning cost are included in the advertised price.
Sole use of a front lawned garden with terrace /patio and secure rear garden with lawn, flower beds and patio dining area for four. The rear garden is dog secure.
Free high speed WiFi and good mobile signal. Doggy treats, local maps and heaps of local information included.
Please note:
We ONLY accept dogs On Request once we know what breed and size they are plus how many you are expecting to bring. We do charge £10 per night per dog and will take a security deposit in case of damages. We do have dogs next door so please ensure that they are kept on a lead in the parking area. Please do not let dogs on the furniture or upstairs. If they are muddy please dry and ensure clean before allowing in the sitting room.
The TV in the sitting room is not a terrestrial TV so these channels are not available unless through the player apps - it is a SMART TV and has most streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, ITV Player, BBC iPlayer etc. We do give you access to our accounts so please use this appropriately. The TV in the kitchen is a terrestrial TV.
This was a much loved family home to us, so please take care in the house and be respectful of the all the fittings and furniture.
Please remove all rubbish on departure and put in labelled bins.
The hot water and heating are oil fired therefore no issue with carbon monoxide.
We have two fireplaces in the house but they are not to be used for open fires. We provide LED candles to create an atmosphere.
Please note the house is in a village so pubs and restaurants plus food shopping is a short drive away.
