The Space:
Upon entering the property, you’ll find a staircase which leads into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Bright and spacious, the space has a comfortable sofa with a TV making it perfect for relaxing.
Modern in style, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay including modern appliances and all cookware.
The bedroom is stylish and tranquil. Featuring a king size bed with plush bedding, you’ll enjoy your sleep at Eccles Retreat.
Modern and clean, the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin for your convenience.
As the apartment is owned by a Wellbeing Coach, extra touches have been added including an Aromatherapy Diffuser along with beautiful books.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Eccles Retreat can be found in a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your arrival.
A free car park can be found a short 2-minute walk away from Eccles Retreat.
Please note that a ring doorbell is fitted at Eccles Retreat in the interests of guest safety and security.
