This holiday home is a semi-detached house and is located in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal and quiet location, only about a minute from the beach and the centre. The house is rented all year round, mostly to families or couples.
Important: During high season, from 12 June to 11 September, bookings can only be made per week. The arrival and departure day is Saturday!
The living room features a seating area with upholstered furniture, TV (102 cm with ARD/WDR/NDR/ZDF/RTL), Netflix
(NL) Radio, Blu-ray player and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances, such as a cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second small bedroom has bunk beds for two people. The third bedroom is in the attic and has 3 single beds (90 x 200). An additional folding bed in the double bedroom sleeps an eighth person. The modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet has been recently renovated.
The house also has a washing machine and dryer. On the terrace there is a seating area with teak garden furniture and an electric grill.
Behind the house there is also a summer house for 2 people
In total, there is room for up to 10(!) people.
