Gulliver's is a sweet 2- bedroom cottage with garden and a short walk to Canford Cliffs, Evening Hill or Lilliput through the woodland paths. The blue flag sandy beaches of Sandbanks are just a 5-minute drive. Super restaurants in Lilliput and Canford Cliffs villages. The house is a great base for exploring the local area including Poole Harbour, The Jurassic Coast and the New Forest.
Entrance lobby leading to the cosy living room with feature fireplace and large Smart TV with Freeview. Door to the spacious kitchen with feature Aga oven. Fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave washing machine and separate dryer, table and chairs, large walk-in larder cupboard and door to side with access to the garden. Dining area in the conservatory with doors to the patio. Separate shower room on the ground floor (corner shower, sink and toilet). Stairs to the first floor with the master kingsize bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed) and some small sea glimpses! Ensuite bathroom including corner shower, sink and toilet. Second bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds (or zip and link superkingsize double) and views over the garden. Ensuite bathroom including bath with handheld shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a pretty rear garden with lower courtyard and steps to the raised lawn area. There is a side gate that can be used to bring bikes through for storage.
