Het vakantiehuis is stijlvol en gezellig ingericht en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers waarvan 2 ruime slaapkamers boven en één wat kleinere slaapkamer beneden. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, combimagnetron-oven, waterkoker en een koffiezetapparaat (Dolce Gusto). In de woonkamer hangt een flatscreen-tv, en er is toegang tot gratis WiFi. Verder heeft het een mooie inloopdouche en een apart toilet.
Het vakantiehuis heeft een terras en een flink gazon en voor de woning bevind zich een eigen parkeerplaats met laadpaal.

Het vakantiepark is gelegen in Ewijk, op 20 minuten afstand van het centrum Nijmegen en heeft een restaurant met terras, een meer met prachtig helder zwemwater, een kleinere ondiepe zwemplas met strandje en speelweide ideaal voor kinderen, kinderboerderij, speeltuin, bowlingbaan, minigolf en tennisbanen.
“Viking Adventures” en “Klimpark” zijn hier ook gevestigd en bieden veel activiteiten aan voor kinderen van 2 tot 12 zwaarden en sieraden maken, vlotten bouwen, speurtocht naar de schatkamer… en voor de 12-plussers avontuurlijke activiteiten zoals klimmen in bomen, ziplinen en paintball. Oftewel genoeg te doen!
Er is één Parkeerplaats met laadpaal bij de woning. Bij de ingang van het park is een grote parkeerplaats waar u eventueel uw auto gratis kunt parkeren.
U heeft toegang tot het gehele huis en natuurlijk ook de faciliteiten van het vakantiepark `t broekhuys.
Ons vakantiehuis is niet geschikt voor groepen jongeren onder de 25 jaar en ook niet voor feesten en partijen.
