There is also a small step down into the property ground floor, and three steps up to access the bathroom, conservatory and outdoors spaces.
Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our proprties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This i included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
