Positive: Lovely cottage. 3 good bedrooms. Main double was decorated beautifully. The heating was just right. We didnt need to use the log burner. Water pressure great. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook if you wanted to. The consideration of the owners showed. It was more like a cosy home rather than a souless holiday let. Oakworth has 2 pubs. Only one (Golden Fleece) served food. Unfortunately we were unable to eat there on the evening we wanted to because there was a ticketed bonfire event taking place for the loval residents. On the advice of a local family we jumped in the car drove about a mile on to the moors whete we had a lovely meal at The Grouse. There were some great walks of varying lengths in the area. Overall great place to stay.
