The Property
This stunning property is located within one of Bath's most historic neighbourhoods. It is in a prime area of outstanding Georgian architecture, in a quiet street, but only a five minute walk from both Royal Crescent and Victoria Park.
The property is situated over 2 floors within a listed Georgian building. Entrance is down a flight of stairs and takes you into the lower of 2 floors which has the lounge, large kitchen with dining, family bathroom, sun room and courtyard. All handsomely designed with oak flooring throughout.
Beautiful original stone fireplace surrounds, which would have housed the original cooking ovens, will captivate you upon entering the lounge. There is a 2-3 seater sofa, a couple of additional armchairs, sash windows and a smart TV. The lounge leads through to a large kitchen filled with plenty of storage, large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. There is also a table with seating for up to 6. The kitchen leads out to a south facing paved courtyard with stone walls and table and chairs for al fresco dining. A separate door off the courtyard leads into a sun room with small futon and a desk and chair for those who can't escape work on their holiday. Also on this floor is a separate utility area with washing machine and separate tumble dryer as well as the large family bathroom with w.c sink, bath and separate shower.
Up a flight of stairs leads you to the 3 bedrooms. There is a single bedroom with a full size single bed, wardrobe and bed-side table. Bedroom 2 is also at the back of the house, and has a 5' king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The master bedroom is across a small hallway and benefits from an en-suite shower-room with w.c sink and shower. The bedroom is beautifully designed with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, an armchair and a 5' king size bed. Stunning sash windows with original working shutters adorn the larger bedrooms.
