Situated on the edge of the small village of Garrigill, in rural North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this 17 century property has been restored to offer a high standard of accommodation. Only 2 minutes walk to the small local shop, historic church and village hall with play park area.
It has a walled patio area to the rear overlooking beautiful countryside, and walled garden area to the front, with plenty of off road parking. (Access via gate to holiday property next door. The two properties may be rented together if required)
The downstairs of the property is made up of a large living room, with log burning stove supplied with logs, ample seating, smart TV (for use with own netflix, prime etc) and integrated DVD player, and WiFi. Features include stone floors on the ground floor, and inglenook fireplace and stone hearth.
The large kitchen and dining area has a large farmhouse table able to seat six people, log burning kitchen stove, convector oven and halogen hob.
The laundry area contains additional microwave, dishwasher and automatic washing machine, and additional sink area leading to shower room. Small downstairs bedroom with bulk bed, ample supply of DVDs and games.
