Summary: Family room is very uncomfortable and not recommended for families. Room ceiling heights are so low that you have to stoop all the time. Cleanliness of the room was poor - spider webs, dust and broken light fittings. No shower or wardrobes and the children’s bed is next to the bathroom so practically the space doesn’t work. The pool and lake are lovely and the food was very good.
