This property was let for the first time by myself for the summer of 2014 as a holiday let,it was a great success with Owners Direct I am now entering into my sixth season should anyone be interested in a short break or whatever on short notice please contact. It is obvious to my self as a professional person that yourselves the holiday maker are becoming more aware that booking through agencies is costing you money up to thirty percent of the weekly charge,which is astronomical in my opinion being a chartered accountant..However to revert to my property there is a cycle path available from the top of the lane. Barmouth is only three miles away with the well-known Mawddach Estuary. Harlech with the Royal St David's Golf Course is only 7 miles away. The Coed y Brenin cycle path is within 15 miles. Portmeirion Italianate Village is 18 miles away. For the small gauge railway enthusiast, there are the Talyllyn, Bala and Porthmadog, Ffestiniog and Highland Railways. Slate Mines at Llanfair Harlech and Llechwedd at Blaenau Ffestiniog.
