3 Bedroom Place in Waverveen
Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm in the typical Dutch countryside was built in the beginning of the last century.
We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place.
The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs.
The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack
The space
Living: 150 m2. Including: dinner table that can sit 8 persons. 2 Lounge area's, one with tv (no cable), grand piano (unfortunately not working yet), kitchen with dishwasher, plain oven and electric plates for cooking. There is a Nespresso machine and a milk rother.
We do have the best tea in the world (arte & zayne) which you can use as much as you like.
The internet: there is a Wi-Fi available.
The TV: we only have smart-tv that uses Netflix or YouTube/ internet. Feel free to use it. Also, you can connect your own laptop to the TV with the HDMI cable.
The stereo: you can connect music to the stereo via a Chromecast which is connected through Wi-Fi.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 20 m2 with 1 King-size bed and a bathtub.
Bedroom 2: 25 m2 with 1 King-size bed, a desk, a chair and a clothes rack
Bedroom 3: 25 m2 with 2 single beds or 1 Queen-size bed and 1 high sleeper suitable for a person till 1.60 m tall. Also includes a desk and a chair.
There is 1 bathroom upstairs with a couple shower. Also 1 toilet upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs.
Garden 1200 m2. The garden that belongs to our house is the part under the hay shed and the garden on the right side of the house (when you are facing the door). There is a BBQ which you can use, which can even be used under the hay shed when it's raining.
The backside of the garden is communal property. Sometimes you can use it, sometimes not.. we will let you know when you arrive.

Other things to note
G00gle maps can't find our address since number 8 is at the end of a dirt road. So for navigation purposes only: put number 4 in your navigation. You will find our house at the end of the dirt road, so past number 4. Please be mindful of our neighbors and don't drive faster then 10 km per hour on this road.
