Positive: Great location, quiet road, off street parking and outdoor space, comfortable beds, super shower and plenty of hot water.

Negative: Whilst the eat-in kitchen was a great size, we struggled with the cool box style under counter fridge and would have loved some more space for our groceries in the warm weather. There was insufficient toilet paper provided for a 4 night stay. The broadband/router set up did not seem to support TV streaming.

Summary: Comfortable accommodation within easy reach of Lincoln and surrounding countryside.
