Summary: Not having towels was very odd. I felt bad that the bathroom floor kept getting soaked and we didn’t have anything to clean it up. We checked in after 6 and despite two messages asking for the towel package we didn’t revive them :( extending the front desk hours would enhance the overall stay for everyone.
