Our Tipi is situated atop our camping field, set in 42 acres of Eco Project, surrounded by stunning countryside with huge views across the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty . Close to the historic market towns of Totnes and Dartmouth, it makes the perfect getaway, with markets, arts venues, restaurants and stunning beaches nearby.
The space
Spacious and light 18ft canvas tipi, handpainted with horses, one double bed, two single airbeds. Flat sheets provided, please bring any further bedding, sleeping bags and blankets required. Natural matting carpet. Battery operated fairy lights.
A simple and elemental off grid experience with shared use of a covered outdoor camp kitchen with pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils etc. An outdoor firebowl for your camp. Delicious spring water is pumped for you. Rainwater tap nearby for washing. First basket of wood included in rental, wood available thereafter at £5 a basket £15 a wheelbarrow.
Guest access
There is private parking on site...the tipi is in the adjacent camping field. There's beautiful meadows and woodland to explore.
Other things to note
There is use of a simple bucket shower ,the water heated for it in the camp kitchen nearby. There are also showers nearby at many of the beaches and local towns. There is also a spa less than 10 mins drive away with showers, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, beauty spa and gym.
