Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There are 2 parking space on the driveway. Shops are within walking distance including a pub, takeaways, coffee shop (Bankton House Bistro) and convenience store (Day Today Bankton Convenience Store) Additionally our property is conveniently located just a 7 minute drive or 25 minutes via public transport to Livingston Designer Outlet which is Scotland's largest outlet mall.
Conveniently located just a 4 minute drive to Livingston South train station allowing you to access quick and easy public transport. From there you can travel to Edinburgh City Centre to visit some of Edinburgh's most iconic sites such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood (Scottish Parliament) & the Royal Mile in just over an hour or Glasgow City Centre in just over an hour. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh can be reached by car easily via the M8 motorway both routes taking roughly 40 minutes.
