Dating back to the 1700's, it is set in a perfect location with easy access to beautiful scenery of the south west peninsula. Ideal for families, you will have the whole of the East Wing during your stay which provides generous, spacious self-catering space and sleeping for up to 6 guests. The farmhouse retains much olde worlde charm and is well equipped with modern comforts.
The space
The East Wing is self contained with a generous living area including a large lounge with feature fireplace, spacious dining conservatory and new well equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, both with shower en-suites and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking in the old farmyard and a large garden with a picnic bench for guests to use.
Guest access
The property is situated down a private lane in a rural setting. Parking is provided in the old farm yard adjacent to the property. Guests can walk from the property to nearby villages and explore the surrounding area using the public footpath network. Travel further afield will require a vehicle.

The property has recently been adapted to accommodate self-catering guests and is new to AirBnB. It benefits from a brand new kitchen and bathroom as well as generous bedrooms and living space. It is ideally suited for family holidays.
