The property itself is nestled in stunning grounds you could mistake for country house parkland with three natural ponds with boat house with a boat on the pond, a secluded Italian garden, maturing vineyard and attractive outdoor dining area you feel like you have stepped into a movie set! You will love sharing the gardens with Elvis, Brad and Teddy three very friendly and curious rescue Alpacas. Every seating area in the garden is positioned to enjoy the stunning rural views and those from the boat house and hot tub have to be seen to be believed! Further to this there is a well equipped gym and plenty of secure parking.
There is a gas BBQ available for guests to use which is positioned on the side of the lake. The new willow dome in the far of the lake is a lovely spot for morning yoga. At the top of the garden, above the smallest garden vineyard in Sussex, the hosts will have a large firepit prepared for guests to use.
The main house itself was originally a farm cottage and has been extended and improved to offer bright and stylish living spaces. The modern kitchen has everything you need to comfortably self-cater including, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. There is also a water filter tap. The utility room has a washing machine and a drier and leads through to the ground floor wet room. Also on the ground floor there is a large single bedroom and a further WC. Through the kitchen is the large dining room with wood burning stove and enough seating for 10, this room opens onto the outdoor seating area. The large comfortable triple aspect lounge has an open fire to enjoy on those cosy winter evenings.
Upstairs there are three further double bedrooms one with ‘jack and jill' en suite with a roll top bath. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and leads onto a balcony with seating overlooking the stunning countryside, ideal for enjoying a romantic glass of something bubbly of a summers evening or cuddled together on the cooler nights.
