Summary: No complaints whatsoever about the rooms - absolutely spotless. My concerns lie with mistakes made at reception. I had booked two rooms and in an attempt to put me and my friend on the same floor ended up giving us the same room. This was rectified the moment we realised we both had the same room number and went back to reception. We were also told that our rooms came with breakfast (I didn't remember booking breakfast but thought if it's in the system I must have) but when we went up to breakfast we weren't on the list and had to pay separately. Not a very good car park design either as our vehicle was too high to use the regular exit so had to come back out via the entrance.
