Distance approx. 500m to the Ijsselmeer with its pebble and fine sandy beaches. Boating, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, shopping, good restaurants make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions, sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns with charming architecture are just a few minutes away by car, e.g. Medemblik - 5 km - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - or even Amsterdam 60 km. For children there is a large private playground with kiosk, terrace and many highlights, such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railway, swings and much more, which can be used free of charge by our little guests. Three kilometres away is a swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. Nearest harbour in Medemblik - with its historic railway station and dyke with a landing stage for boat trips. In Enkuizen there is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland, also in Enkuizen, for children up to the age of 12, is a popular attraction for young families or grandparents with grandchildren. The outdoor area has many seating areas and oases of peace. You can access the outdoor area directly from the conservatory and enjoy a cosy barbecue.
This house offers everything you could possibly need. You have your own boat mooring right next to the house. The holiday island is approx. 2 hectares in size and lies directly in the 'Groote Vliet' lake. You can reach the island via a bridge. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable furniture, well thought-out kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, bathroom with double washbasin, bath and shower. You also have a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. You have exclusive use of a utility room with washing machine adjacent to the second bathroom. The entire house has underfloor heating and is therefore pleasant to use all year round. The outdoor area offers every opportunity for relaxation. You can sit on the jetty, in the garden or in the entrance area. There are oases of peace and seating everywhere. The bedrooms are small and well thought out. One bedroom has a 90*200cm bunk bed and the other bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed. The open L-shaped kitchen makes the heart of every hobby chef beat faster - all equipment available. Spacious - cosy dining area. The living room with comfortable couches and flat screen TV with German TV programme invites you to relax. Well thought-out floor plan that gives you a huge feeling of space. Sliding doors open out onto the terrace. Please note that parts of the holiday home are lower than new-build houses. In some places the ceiling height is only 2 metres. However, there are no restrictions in the bathroom for tall people.
Amsterdam is 60 km away. Numerous small historic towns are within easy reach. Enkuizen with its harbour and small shops, with the incomparable Spokjesland for children up to 12 years - is also only a stone's throw away. Older children will appreciate the Zuiderseemuseum, which can be reached by boat from the dyke. In addition to an indoor swimming pool with a large slide, which is about three kilometres from our park, Enkuizen also has a large swimming pool with both an outdoor area and a large indoor area. Alkmaar, with its antique cheese market held every Friday, can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Cycling routes are endless. You can cycle tours in the surrounding area without the need for a car. Medemblik, only 5 km away, with its dreamy harbour and good restaurants, invites you to stroll, shop and then enjoy a good meal. From here, large ships depart for round trips and the small nostalgic Bimmel railway takes you to Hoorn and back. The steam engine museum and bakery museum take you back to the good old days. At Zuiderseepark, just three minutes away, there is an indoor swimming pool for young and old with a large slide for lots of fun. Boats can be hired on the park and also in the neighbourhood, across the lake through small or large canals you can reach not only Medemblik, but also all the surrounding towns up to Amsterdam if you wish.
