Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We have stayed at Derwent View previously so knew what to expect. The location is perfect for a walk into Keswick with all its facilities, buses , numerous walks, access to the lake and marina. The apartment is very well equipped, thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard, The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is to a very high standard.

Negative: We were a group of 5 adults and although the sofa is in theory a 3 seater in reality it only sits 2 comfortably The 2 separate Ercol style chairs have low backs and are not ideal for tall adults. As previously stated cleanliness is to a high standard however on this occasion the ensuite 2 sink and bath were not draining correctly and appeared partially blocked(reported to the owner upon leaving)

Summary: Fabulous apartment in a great location, we will definitely look to book again .
