Wooden floors complement the stylish contemporary interior, with sumptuous seating in soft neutral shades. There’s a large dining table with room for all, and the superb kitchen with a breakfast bar will incentivise would-be chefs. Also on this floor is a splendid super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom. A second super-king-size is upstairs, off the hallway, as well as a shower room with floor level walk in shower. Both bedrooms can made up as twins. Head up to the next floor to find two further super-king-size bedrooms. One has an en-suite bathroom, the other, which can be made up as a twin, has a floor level walk in shower room. Both have balconies with seating and lovely views across the Otter Valley.
Outside, a large, enclosed patio with garden furniture and a BBQ overlooks a large pond and an extensive grassed area with mature trees. Guests can also explore five acres of the owner’s surrounding land, which includes a beautiful meadow and a lake with a rowing boat. There is ample off-road parking.
