Summary: Loved the stay here, front desk offered me a free room upgrade, hotel is clean and rooms are quiet. Location is great. My only negative experience was with the concierge, especially the head of the concierge. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. He has too much pride to admit he made a mistake. He is the reason for not giving full rate.
