Summary: Room was extremely clean and tidy and felt like I was the first person to stay there. Reception upgraded me which was very kind. The bed was perfect and I slept extremely well. I had an issue with the air con and reception sent someone up straight away and fixed the issue. Staff were all lovely and professional. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
