Stairs leading up to 1st floor and open plan living space with kitchen, lounge and dining area. Patio doors leading to balcony with table and chairs. 2nd floor - top bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen and utilities: Large dining table, with seating for 8 people, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Utility room - Washing machine, dryer and extra fridge.
Entertainment: Smart TV, Wifi.
For families: Travel cot, high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. No stair gate.
Outside: Patio area with hot tub and garden furniture. Grassy lawn and Gas BBQ.
Parking: Plenty of parking space for 4 cars.
