1 Bedroom Apartment in Le Suquet, Cannes
For 1 to 3 people (see 4 if 2 adults + 2 children). In the heart of Le Suquet! (the historic and famous district of Cannes) my accommodation is close to restaurants, beaches, shops, public transport and the Palais des Festivals. Closer to a T2 with its independent sleeping area, my studio is as much for couples as for "solo" travelers, conventioneers, friends or small families. You will also appreciate its air conditioning, its sound bar, its additional sofa bed!
THE DISTRICT:
Le Suquet is for me the most beautiful district of Cannes. Old historic district it is typical and authentic with its old stones and its village side of yesteryear. You will have from its heights the best view of Cannes and its Croisette, ideal for example for the famous fireworks of summer.
The area is particularly lively at night with its many bars and restaurants.
2 mins from the large Forville market, rue Meynadier and the old port, 5 mins from the beaches, rue d'Antibes and cinemas, 8 mins from the Palais des festivals and the tourist office, ... In short an ideal situation for all !!
HOUSING:
23m2 (Carrez law) / Completely renovated in August 2016, on the 4th and last floor without elevator (a small effort that is worth it) my apartment therefore has the very rare advantage for the neighborhood of being neither overlooked nor neighbor above his head.
Set back from the street, you will be able to appreciate the important nightlife of the district as much as to find yourself in absolute calm thanks to its reversible air conditioning and double glazing. It is equipped with electric velux windows (controlled by remote control).
More than a studio, the apartment includes behind its curtain an independent corner cabin type boat with its own TNT TV, an excellent custom latex mattress (140 of 185) then in the main room a comfortable and large sofa bed (160 out of 200) better suited for "tall" people (over 1.83m) or allowing accommodation for 2 additional travelers.
You will also find a "Miami bbox" there, a sound bar which in addition to optimizing the quality of the television (32 '' flat screen) will allow you to listen to your own playlists if you wish.

In the kitchen; dining area on its bar, high chairs ... microwave, freezer independent of the fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, all the necessary dishes ...
In the bathroom / wc (with electric velux opening): hair dryer, towel dryer, shower column ...
Miscellaneous: Iron and ironing board, smoke detector, washing machine.
Plenty of storage. Blanket, duvets and ears provided.
BAIL:
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested upon delivery of the keys on the day of your arrival. It will be returned upon your departure after inventory. As an individual I cannot accept checks from foreign banks or bank cards. Please provide liquid for this operation.
CAR PARK:
If you wish, you will find a secure and guarded public car park (Forville) a few meters from the apartment (price € 17 per day, 4 days € 54.50. 5 days € 60.60. 7 days € 72.70. 8 days € 78.80, 10 days € 84.80, 15 days € 103). I will be able to give you the coordinates of the site to allow you to obtain more information.
TRANSPORT:
- Nice Airport: Bus 210 every 30 minutes, "Mairie de Cannes" stop just 4 minutes on foot. PLEASE NOTE: following work, both arrivals and departures are currently at Cannes station (approximately 8 to 10 minutes). Directions: Leaving the station cross the street. Once on the sidewalk opposite the station, take on your right (go past a large monoprix store). Continue straight ahead and enter the pedestrian streets: rue "Vénizelos" then then rue "Meynadier". Always go straight until you enter Suquet and rue "Saint Antoine". Go up this street on your right, it changes name quickly and becomes rue du "Suquet". The apartment is located at 26 rue du Suquet (top right).

- Cannes SNCF and bus station: it takes between 8 and 10 minutes on foot.

To make your life easier and if you arrive by car, drop off at the top of rue du Suquet (corner rue des Suisses and boulevard Victor Tuby) rather than at the bottom of rue Saint Antoine.
